Shipping policy
Our courier services are provided by The Courier Guy.
- Delivery is available for all Provinces at a rate of R 95, delivery takes 2-5 working days.
- Please note that deliveries are only made on working days from 08h00 - 15h00.
- Any order above the value of R999.00 will get free shipping.
- It is important to use the correct postal code to ensure accurate charges and speedy delivery.
- If you would like to track your order, please have a look at your email inbox and your spam. You should find an email from us that contains your tracking number. Copy that number and then click on it to be taken to The Courier Guys tracking parcel website. Paste it in to receive an update on your order!
- Your goods are inspected for defects before shipment. Variances in goods do occur. However, should your goods be found to be defective upon receipt, this must be communicated with the respective reference/order number within 24 (twenty-four) hours upon receipt of the delivery and we will replace the item, subject to stock availability.
- We do everything we can to ensure your order is safe and protected as well as free from defects ETC., whatever happens to your order after it has been sent through the courier, is not our responsibility, it is the couriers responsibility but we would still like to know if something happened in the process of delivery, ie. your order has not been delivered within the time frame or after two weeks latest, your box was severely damaged or your items inside were clearly damaged from the delivery process.
